We are not an accommodation booking website but offer you a comprehensive personalised bespoke travel service inclusive of all *flights, land transport, accommodation and where possible or essential other complimentary services that are required to make your trip or holiday one of a lifetime!

Mass tourism is for as far as is possible avoided and our preferred suppliers are usually small-scale personally run accommodations or operators. The goal is to offer the most suitable services and accommodation within a reasonable budget.

3 Golden rules or tips for planning an exceptional trip or travelling holiday

1) Proper route, travel schedule and accommodations.

Except for getting the exact right travel route, it is advisable not to plan several one night stops in a row. Getting a good rest is essential if you would like to have a relaxed holiday and be able to take in a vast amount of new scenery. All accommodations en-route should of course be clean, have friendly staff etc. but should also be suitable to your specific requirements and unique needs.

2) Take time to explore.

Where required and if suitable, we plan enough time for you to take time to explore. However, it is impossible to explore such a large area completely in the time most travellers have at their disposal. We advise you to rather see less and experience more.

3) Distances travelled should be feasible.

In general roads in South Africa and Namibia of a very high standard. Even the unsealed roads of Namibia are mostly of a high standard and driveable by normal car. Botswana mostly has good sealed roads on the main routes but conditions often vary. Minor routes in Botswana should be avoided. It is therefore very important to plan the distances properly and take into consideration all possible conditions. Not only the terrain you drive through but also scenic stops may determine what a driveable distance is. Each enquiry is handled personally. Whether u phone us, send an e-mail or fill in an enquiry form on our website we endeavour to react personally within a working day where possible after which you should receive an extensive tailor made cost estimate within 1 to 3 days.

Step 1
The first step would be to get an as good as possible idea of your specific travel wishes and unique requirements. We would then proceed to making a cost estimate which would typically contain extensive information regarding the route offered, all costs expected (including costs expected during your travel like for instance, eating out, fuel, toll roads etc.). Due to our exclusively designed cost estimate system we are able to offer you an accurate and very extensive overview of all estimated costs for your unique tailor made travel requirements. The cost estimate also offer you a good idea of how we operate and what you may expect for your money.  At this stage we are still able to change and adapt your route and other travel plans freely! Once you are satisfied with what we offer we can proceed to the next step.

Step 2
We are now ready to go ahead and turn the cost estimate into a fixed quote. All accommodations and other services we had in mind for you will be contacted and provisionally booked by our office in South Africa. This process usually takes between 3 and 6 days. Upon completion of this process you will receive a quotation which is valid for several days. This offers you sufficient time should you wish to book your own international flights

Step 3
Upon accepting our quote you will receive a booking confirmation and deposit payment request. Once these are completed your booking is confirmed and you can sit back and start looking forward to your very special bespoke holiday. Vouchers, route descriptions and other travel documents will dispatched by post or e-mail within 10 to 14 days of receiving full payment or at least 14 days before departure.
