We regularly travel to different parts of Southern Africa to stay informed of changes, new accommodations, day trips, activities, tourist attractions, etc. Our team averages between 20,000 and 40,000 km of study travel per year updating old information and assembling new information. With every bespoke journey, we make use of the same passion, expertise and creativity that we apply to all of our tours and trips to offer you an incredible experience!

*Route planning and advice is included in the itinerary and car rental. We travel between 20,000 and 40,00 km every year to be aware of local road conditions etc. We are not an accommodation booking website!
** All self-drive tours and trips starting in Johannesburg, Cape Town or Windhoek with 2 people sharing and with a stay of 10 nights or longer will include a complimentary excursion. This offers your clients a chance to acclimatize and get used to local traffic etc. it also relaxes them end set the tone before they actually start their self-drive adventure. Avoid mass tourism? Even though mass tourism cannot be completely avoided our method of working  offers your clients the most suitable services and accommodation within a reasonable budget.

The LB Safaris team consists of born and raised South Africans with an extensive knowledge and experience in travel through Southern Africa. With our own booking office in Pretoria we offer a personal 24/7 backup service! Our services are offered under rules and regulations as required by law in the Netherlands, Norway and South Africa.
